They gave us the challenge of designing both a buying and selling process: built in platform edition, we have done the custom architecture around a split process of purchasing profiles looking for best vendors and logging their bids; quickly alerting sales when the bids become available. Pipeline is optimized for vendor bids to match the requirements of sales, and we supported the process with a custom set of dynamically generated merge documents: Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices, Original Invoices, Shipment Slips are custom designed and dynamic merge documents in compliance with the client’s certified management system. The result was one of the fastest and streamlined buy-sell processes we have built: complete with a “mini” stock management app, where we have proven that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Year after year, we provide the maintenance service through an annual support contract.
